The FL20 Handheld ECG Monitor’s user-friendly design is suitable for home healthcare use. This heart monitor records one-channel ECG measurements in under 30 seconds. Good device, but comes with instructions flaw.

If the device had better instructions, I would have given it a perfect score. I had to figure out how some of the functions worked on my own because the included instructions were not very clear. I'm still trying to learn some of the functions at this time. Do you think you can get with the manufacturer and get a more clear set of instructions? If so, that would make using this a snap & make it a much better value. With better instructions, this may become one of the best portable ECG devices on the market.

Software a little confusing

I've had the FL-20 for a couple of weeks now and have taken several readings. I haven't tried the continuous reading yet, probably because I'm not clear about how it works. I do like the item and can tell the charts pretty well reflect what's going on at the time. I have a lot to learn about the charts. I am in need of a heart valve replacement, and that was the reason I bought this item. Haven't shared any reading with my Doctor yet, but will before the end of the week as we have a video visit on Friday. I don't know if she will applaud the results I send her, or poo-poo them. Whatever happens there, I'm still happy I have it. And yet the software is confusing. I think there is a manual on the CD they send you with it, but I found one on the internet first - not sure which one helped the most. They are different versions.

Gives much of peace of mind to know i can check my heart rhythm at any time. Thank you.
