The CMS-60C Handheld Pulse Oximeter uses a real-time measurement system for blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate testing. The CMS60C measures SpO2 and pulse rate via a wired connection. A variety of probe options are available for this machine, including an adult probe, pediatric probe, soft probe, wrap probe, and ear clip probe. The device is suitable for hospital, community medical treatment, sports health care, and home family care.
This handheld pulse oximeter fits comfortably in the user’s hand and features a user-friendly button layout for navigating the on-screen menu. Precise measurement results update on the 1.8” TFT color screen as a numeric value, bar graph chart, and waveform animation. The oximeter is rechargeable via a standard USB cable (included) and provides up to 26 hours of working battery life.
Options for device settings such as recording management, screen brightness adjustment, and pulse tone configuration are available within the menus. Auditory and visual alarms in the CMS-60C activate when the oximeter measures activity levels above or below the limits that have been set based on the user’s preference. The CMS60C also alerts to the presence of low-voltage levels in the unit that may affect measurement accuracy.
Up to 24 hours of measurement data can be transferred and stored onto a computer using the included software. With the software, users can export data for reference or analysis by a medical health professional and view real-time measurements with the continuous monitoring mode. The pulse oximeter connects to a PC via the USB transfer cable accessory.
Having had Covid pneumonia, my lungs are taking quite some time to heal. I am now off oxygen but need to constantly monitor my oxygen % saturation when walking. Having to constantly watch the oximeter on my finger was difficult and tiresome because it doesn't show up well in the sunlight. This handheld oximeter is great! I use a rubber band to hold it on my arm so it do not have to hold it and have set the alarm so that I am alerted whenever the 0xygen saturation reaches the lower lever. When this happens, I simply stop and rest for a few minutes to allow the saturation to come back up to an acceptable level. I love this feature! No more trying to see the readings and the readings are comparable to my other two finger oximeters. Love it! Thanks!
