The app summarizes the data in an easy to use and informative way and the desktop software gives a great report that you can print and share with your care provider. The wrist band and finger device are unobtrusive and do not bother me at all when sleeping. If o2 drops below threshold their is a gentle vibration that softly jolts you to start breathing again.
